This Additional Product Terms govern your use of DEEP SAND Black Services and are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service (this Additional Product Terms and the Terms of Service are collectively referred to as “Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the same meaning as defined in General Terms.

Article 1. DEEP SAND Black
DEEP SAND Black is a transitory digital network communications service, which enhances internet security and privacy. We do not condone any unlawful use of the DEEP SAND Black. DEEP SAND Black shall not be used for any criminal, illicit and illegal acts, and you accept and agree not to violate any law of any jurisdiction that you are originating from and any other applicable law. It is your responsibility to know and comprehend any and all relevant laws related to any jurisdiction or venue that concerns you, your actions, and your use of DEEP SAND Black.
DEEP SAND Black allows only one (1) simultaneous connection per account. If you try to log in with the same account between different devices, the device which tried first takes priority and logs in. If you are already logged in from another device, you cannot log in until you log out of the device you are logged in to.

Article 2. No-logs Policy
We guarantee a strict no-logs policy for DEEP SAND Black, meaning that the DEEP SAND Black is provided by an automated process, and your activities while using it are not monitored, recorded, logged, stored, or passed to any third party. We do not store connection timestamps, session information, traffic logs, IP addresses, or other data. However, to limit the number of simultaneous sessions of an active user, an algorithm keeps their user id and the timestamp of the last session status while the session is active. This data is wiped within 15 minutes after the session is terminated.

Article 3. Use of DEEP SAND Black
DEEP SAND Black application for any platform or operating system supported by the product can be downloaded free of charge. You must purchase a Paid Service from our website to connect to the DEEP SAND Black service, except in the case of a limited free trial or certain coupon offers.

Article 4. Third-party software
As part of the DEEP SAND Black, we may, from time to time, include computer software supplied by third parties, which is utilized by permission of the respective licensors and/or copyright holders on the terms provided by such parties. DEEP SAND expressly disclaims any warranty or other assurance to you regarding such third-party software.
