Cancel Membership

Before canceling your membership, please carefully check the following before making your decision.

  1. You can receive a 100% refund if the time of membership cancellation is less than seven (7) business days from the time of the membership creation.
  2. You can receive a refund if you have refunded a membership less than twice. And the number of refunds is renewed every year from the date of account creation.
  3. You cannot reinstate canceled membership.
  4. You cannot reinstate coupons or benefits used for payment.

Renew Membership

Before renewing your membership, please carefully check the following before making your decision.

  1. If you renew your membership before it expires, the expiration date of your existing membership will be extended by the amount you've paid.
  2. If you renew your membership after it has expired, your existing membership gets deleted, and it will update to new membership. If you update to your new membership, you will lose deleted membership since it cannot be recovered.

  1. If you delete the device, you are currently signed in to, you must manually log out from the device. Turn off the VPN you are using on your device and close DEEP SAND Black.
  2. When you log in with the deleted device, its re-registers if only your current plan allows it.
