Why am I not receiving emails?

If it is not in your "All mail" folder, please check your "Spam" folder. If your internet connection is lost:
If you are not connected to the Internet, you will not be able to receive new mail. Please try an internet connection and refresh your mailbox. If you cannot connect to the Internet, contact your Internet service provider to solve the problem.
